My straightener broke and i used my warranty and chose option two with the help of customer service! They were nice and they listened and helped with all my needs! If it were to ever happen again i wouldnt think twice about it! Id use option 2! My straightener came in in perfect shape and within the estimated delivery date! Im one happy and SATISFIED customer, THANK YOU to the staff and the woman whom helped me!(:

My flat iron stopped working - just wouldn't heat up. I've had it less than a year, so I selected the easy replacement process (with receipt). It was fast and easy- I had the new flat iron in one week. THANK YOU because my hair can't live without it!

I originally purchased at a kiosk in my local mall and paid a considerable amount over and above what the local discount and beauty supply stores were selling them for. I have to say that it was worth every penny! It does not damage my hair, in fact, it makes my course, frizzy hair smooth as silk without damaging it. They also stand behind their products, I recently replaced mine after about 5 years and all I had to do was take a picture of it and my original receipt, paid a fraction of the of the original purchase price and received a brand new one, no questions ! Excellent Customer Service, Excellent product.

At first I was skeptical of whether or not to trust the option 2 offer. I wasn't sure if they were going to actually mail my new straightener since the plates on my old straightner completely broke. It's one of the best options hands down! And it only took 5 days to recieve my new straightner!

it took a little bit longer then i thought. said it would arrive by the 26th of the month when in reality it shipped the 26th. was ordered like the 23 i think but i am super happy i got the new one. i was lost with out my baby. i had to use an old one i had in a box packed away. it was the first time i had used a different one in a year. wow what a difference. when i packed it away i thought it was an ok straightener that's why i saved it but after going back to it i don't know how i lived with it before that. love your product and i tell everyone about it. i have one got my step daughter one and was thinking about getting a mini one for my oldest daughter (7) she loves it too

I love it! I already had one and this is a replacement but I've used others and this is by far the best!!!
